Can't believe it's not got it's own forum yet :P
Anyways, just curious as to what your tactics are individually, like do you go for loud and confusing firefights, or are you more of the sly, stealthed CQB/C type?
Feel free to participate even if you're not talking about BC2...
I'm pretty proud of myself for an awesome achievement on Xbox: now ranking at 50,889 for skill level :D
Doesn't sound like much, but bear in mind that only 250,000 people can be on the leaderboards for now, cos we don't really care much about the noobs always at the bottom nowadays lol, and BC2 is the second most played FPS on Xbox at this time (next to MW2, which has 10,000,000 players on 360). So yeah... I'm awesome was the moral of that story :)
Call me a dick for writing that if you want but that's the boast over lol, so i guess i'll get back on topic and list my favourite tactics now :)
I'm always finding that if you can mix both stealth followed by confusion, and confusion followed by stealth, then you always seem to come out tops-
Take Arica Harbour (Harbor, US) for example. For the first two MCOM stations, you can throw everything you have at them and your team will eventually break through (it's VERY rare to lose as attackers at this point), but straight afterwards, you find that the next two mcoms are most easily destroyed by sneaking in and planting the charges on them. If you can get some teammates to equip LMGs, and one or two to go as an engineer (with rockets), and get them to just lay waste to everything surrounding the two mcoms while you sneak inside with a silenced weapon, then life is just too easy for you...
That's my way of doing things anyway, any thoughts?
Plus here's my personal favourite kit setup if you're interested -
Recon:
PW: SVU SW: MP-443G (Always standard issue)
Spec 1: Reflex Sight (Red Dot sight) Spec 2: Magnum Ammo Spec 3: Alternative Weapon (just in case you're lucky enough to come across an empty tank or UAV)
This loadout is simply beautiful if you want to try it btw.
Works best on Nelson Bay if you treehug ;)
Yeah so that's me done lol... back to being non-cocky...
*I need more smileys for this post!!
